Each order is handcrafted and can be customized in every detail:
• The basic recipe , adapted to different skin types or ingredient preferences.
• The colors and designs , which reflect the aesthetics or identity of the event.
• The aromas , choosing from a wide variety of natural and essential fragrances.
Processing times
Custom soaps require between 40 and 45 days of production due to their rigorous, natural curing process. This time is essential to achieve a product of optimal quality, firmness, and softness, respecting the time required for artisanal production.
Other products may have different lead times, depending on the type of order and the availability of materials.
Ordering conditions
When placing your order, a 50% deposit of the total value is required so we can begin processing your custom order. Without this deposit, we will not be able to start the process.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment. Orders that are not fully paid will not be shipped.
During the production process, we will keep you informed about the progress and estimated delivery date. Please note that once the production process has begun, it will not be possible to modify or customize the items in your order.
