Magnesium oil helps relax muscles and joints, relieving tension and cramps. It contributes to stress reduction and improved sleep, promoting a general sense of well-being. How to use:
Apply a small amount of magnesium oil to clean, dry skin, preferably on the arms, legs, feet, or abdomen. Massage gently until absorbed. Leave on for at least 20 minutes before rinsing, if desired. For sensitive skin, apply to damp skin or dilute with water. Use 3 to 5 times per week, as needed.

Aqua (water), Magnesium Chloride (magnesium chloride), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil (sweet almond oil), Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil (rosemary essential oil), Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil (tea tree essential oil), Lavandula Angustifolia Oil (lavender essential oil), Tocopherol (vitamin E), Citrus Grandis Seed Extract (grapefruit seed extract).

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds.
It's normal to feel a slight tingling, warmth, or temporary burning sensation when applying the oil, especially if your skin is sensitive, has micro-cuts, or if your magnesium levels are low, which accelerates absorption. This sensation is due to the high concentration of magnesium chloride, a highly bioavailable mineral.
If the discomfort is intense, you can apply it to slightly damp skin after showering or dilute a small amount with water in the palm of your hand before use.
Discontinue use if severe or persistent irritation occurs.
